What we will ask you
- The areas you are considering, and how flexible you are on them
- Number of bedrooms, and anything that is genuinely non-negotiable
- Your budget, and whether that is inclusive of bills
- When you need to move, and how much notice you are under
- Furnished or unfurnished
- Pets, parking, garden, outside space, and anything else that narrows the search
- Whether anyone in the household has an accessibility requirement we should factor in
